We are seeking an experienced, creative, technically skilled and organized individual to produce all required graphics.

The graphic/web designer must provide the visual direction of our company's website and produce all required web graphics and must ultimately translate ideas into effective visual communication and provide well executed designs and revisions in a timely fashion. You will also be responsible for effective general maintenance of software, web, HTML and related infrastructure.

Requirements:
- Must have high proficiency in Adobe CS+ including Photoshop, Adobe ImageReady, Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Flash and HTML programming.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Show initiative and understanding of targeting look and feel to customer demographics
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Computer proficiency in a MAC environment.
